This comprehensive project outlines the design and implementation of an innovative egg incubator system, incorporating the PID controller and the WebSocket communication protocol to optimize egg hatching success rates in poultry farming. The system comprises state-of-the-art components, including the ESP32 microcontroller, precision temperature and humidity sensors, and an efficient egg turning mechanism, all integrated into a closed-loop control system. The PID controller continuously measures temperature and humidity data, ensuring precise regulation of essential environmental parameters for successful egg incubation. The incorporation of the WebSocket protocol enables real-time control and monitoring through a mobile device, providing remote access to critical parameters. Rigorous testing and validation were conducted to verify the system's reliability and stability, with a focus on fine-tuning the PID controller for optimal performance. The incubator system promises increased productivity and efficiency in poultry farming, revolutionizing egg hatching processes and empowering farmers to achieve improved hatchability rates.
